Mitsubishi has launched the new Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 which is going well in the market as the new beast is much more spacious than its predecessor so it is capable of accommodating seven passengers comfortably along with the driver. The newest venture of Mitsubishi was launched on 15th March 2012 amidst anticipation that it will overthrow the Ford Endeavour which is considered to be amongst the most demanded SUVs on the Indian road at the moment. But the market of Mitsubishi is not that impressive in India as there are many other automobile makers who have been here for more than a decade and have already established a stronghold over the SUV market here. The exteriors of the new Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 are much better than that of its antecedent as the new Outlander comes with trendy fog lamps which ensure safety of the car and total visibility in case the weather is foggy. If Mitsubishi had drilled a lot of power into Outlander 2012 then one should not underestimate Ford Endeavour. Ford Endeavour is available in two engine variants. One of them is the 2.5 Liter Diesel engine whereas the other one is the 3 Liter Diesel engine. Out of these two options, the one with 3 L diesel engine comes with its own set of two options respectively. The 3L engine has 4X2 as well as 4X4 options. On the contrary, the 2.5 L TDCi engine comes with a Variable Geometric Turbocharger also known as VGT which has the optimum potential to burn out a power of 143 PS at 3500 rpm. The peak torque that the engine is capable of delivering is 380 Nm at 2500 rpm. The acceleration of the car does not fare well over that of Outlander as Endeavour goes from 0-100 kmph in 15.2 seconds and is capable of catching up to a top speed of 166 kmph. Thus the engine of Endeavour might be well built but it is not as powerful as that of Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 in terms of acceleration and top speed.

The response to Ford Endeavour might be better but Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 does not stand far behind as the demand for the new Outlander 2012 is also increasing day by day.
