Before saying a word, we couldn’t believe our eyes; Audi had revealed the new model of its flagship car R8 by retaining entire favourite cues. Certainly, the changes are like attention-to-details, where firstly the air intakes on the front include vertical slats for better aerodynamics. The similar type of styling is also evident at the fat rear, where the designer added fresh set of exhausts and a diffuser. The front grille has shrunk in size, but the rear is beefed up. Thought the whole design gives it an appearance of Lamborghini Huracan that sits on a long wheelbase. Peeping into details, it will be supportive, immense use of carbon fibre and aluminum will save its weight by a huge chunk.
In the engine bay, power to new R8 flagship is about to be fed by a V8 as well as V10; the latter will be lifted from Lamborghini’s entry-level vehicle (Huracan) with traction being sent to all-wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
