New Audi TT will set the pace against the likes of BMW Z4 and such. Though, this sports coupe of Audi isn’t anything new to the market of India. In fact, the company will launch the new generation of it on April 23, 2015.
For some, new TT may appear only a cosmetic makeover, but that’s not the only place it is resurrected. Under its fresh tighter skin it holds a new MQB platform of the parent company Volkswagen Group that made the max use of aluminum and reduce the weight by 50kgs.
There is a sea of change inside the cabin too. The navigation system doubles up as the infotainment system, where the graphics is also enhance on the side of users’ experience for a delighting experience. Air vents now themselves received the temperature adjustment on the centre, where it mean each of the vents had their own controls.
In India, 2015 TT will see the launch only in 45TFSI trim that will use a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine consisted of four-cylinder sending max power of 230bhp and 370NM of torque mated to a 6-speed DSG gearbox, traction is transferred via Audi’s own Quattro system.
This set of specification sends the new TT from 0-100km/h in 5.3 seconds and hit as top-speed of 253km/h.
