Amidst a falling world economy, there are a few chances for a newly launched luxury vehicle, but one of the oldest names in the said category will be launching their new baby in The Goodwood Festival of 2012. The new Bentley will feature in the supercar segment of the Goodwood Festival. The festival will be held between 29th June and 1st July. Some other vehicles that would be showcased at the festival are the EXP 9 SUV concept along with the brilliant Mulsanne Mulliner Driving Specification(MDS).
This new one is a sports fantasy with a sports suspension, 21″ wheels made of alloy along with a classy and niche fabricated diamond interior. What more can one ask for? Another super car appearing with a smash is the new Continental GT V8. This car appears on the Bentley and the Goodwood Hill. The main attraction of this car includes the twin-turbo engine with a4.0 liter capacity, a pre V8 engine with a torque of 669 NM and a peak output of 507 PS.
It is primarily due to this engine that the Bentley Continental GT V8 can reach the speed of 100kmph in just 4.8 seconds with its top speed being capped at 303kmph. Along with all these splendid cars at the Bentley launch, the L Mans heritage is launching the two cars at the Goodwood festival this June-July. This car was raced by the famous Tim Birkin, the Bentley Boy and the famous Le Mans winner, way back in the 1920s. This festival is sure going to be an adventurous treat for all car lovers, especially the Bentley fans. The Goodwood Festival is a sought after festival and the car launches and debuts featuring this time at this festival will surely make this year’s edition a smash hit as well.
