Global unveiling of the new generation Ford Figo and Aspire has happened. Incidentally both these cars are being produced at Ford’s plant in Sanand, Gujarat and will be exported to various international markets from there.
Both the new Figo and Aspire will come fitted with Ford’s new Dragon series engines. Specifics of the engines are not yet known, but for India, it is being speculated that both the cars would come with the new 1.2-liter 95HP Dragon series petrol engines.
Styling changes on the outside include a new frontal grille with chrome surrounds, large headlamps, redesigned bumper and black lower end. On the inside, changes include a new dashboard, a new 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Ford SYNC 3 technology, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functions.
