Hyundai next generation i20 was already spied a lot of times on Indian shores, but it seems that the same had risen the temperature in Europe too.
The same type of camouflage like to that of the Indian version, and almost the other tweaked similarities, had also been witnessed on it.
The spotted test mule that is seen here was snapped outside the R&D center of Hyundai in Germany.
However, the spy images succeeds in covering up all the tresses that it holds afresh, but with some minute tweaks on its side reveals, Hyundai is losing the trend of curvy lines and following the trend of sharp and more aggressive stances. Though, as we said before too, there are no official words on the next generation i20 but, the CarScoops expects it to be delivered with the first sighting at upcoming 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Hope so, the extended size of it may conclude more room for the rear passengers, which remains a due for us to be seen at the said German event.
Well, the ongoing 1.2 petrol motor producing 83PS and 113Nm of torque whilst of, the 1.4-litre diesel engine yielding 89PS and 219Nm of torque, are said to their job for Indian market. And the 6-speed transmission transmitted to the front wheels may also remain intact in the specification. And 4-speed automatic transmission to stand there on our local shores for petrol buyers too.
