Nissan will mark its presence at the Delhi Auto Expo with its complete, exciting range of models for the Indian market.
The brand will be showcasing the new Sunny sedan at this year’s show. The Sunny sedan debuted in India in 2011 and has been one of Nissan’s most successful models in India. Nissan is all set to refresh the Sunny with a comprehensive update and the new car will break cover at the expo.
Sharing the centre stage with the new Sunny will be the stunning Friend-Me concept car. The Friend-Me Concept is the Nissan’s bold vision of how the next generation of saloons will look and explores the desires of future car buyers. Friend-Me combines sporty and dynamic new design features with a cabin that showcases Nissan’s latest vision of in-car technology and entertainment.
Nissan will also be displaying the championship winning GT-R GT500 that competes in Japan’s coveted Super GT Series in the GT500 class. The GT-R GT500 combines breakthrough technology and design, and is the pinnacle of on-track performance.
Nissan’s Terrano compact SUV will be present in an accessorized version also with features that further enhance its looks and convenience.
The Evalia MUV will be displayed with new improved features, adding to its standard equipment list. The Evalia recently received an update in terms of convenience features and Auto Expo will see Nissan’s continued approach to make it even better.
Other models from Nissan’s current Indian line-up – including Micra Active and new Micra hatchbacks as well as Sunny sedan will be on show too. The Nissan stand will also feature a raft of innovative, customer-focused technologies like the Xtronic CVT and the K9K diesel engine that power its range of Indian vehicles.
In addition, Nissan will continue to raise awareness of road safety in India by bringing its Nissan Safety Driving Forum (NSDF) initiative to Delhi Auto Expo where visitors can experience the benefits of important safety technologies like seat belts, airbags and Anti-locking Braking System through specially designed simulators.
The Nissan Pavilion will be situated in Hall 12 of the India Expo Mart, the new venue for Delhi Auto Expo. The stand will embody Nissan’s Brand promise of innovation and excitement through an attractive display of products and technologies. The display also features an illuminated halo hovering above the main show floor.
