Nissan had launched its utility van, Evalia, in the month of September, last year. After its launch, Evalia became very popular in the international market. Although it had a van platform, it was a lot more spacious than any other car in its competition. Now it has been revealed that, Evalia will be getting upgraded in the next few months to come. The van is being given some high class touch ups to raise its market value. Another reason for it to be upgraded can be, to overcome some of the prominent short comings in the original version of Evalia. Another of its car, Nissan Sunny, will also be subjected to a face lift soon in the year ahead, after Evalia.
Nissan is an automobile company, which is located in Japan. Nissan is estimated to be the 6th largest automobile manufacturer in the world. One of the most remarkable features of any Nissan vehicle is its VQ engine technology, which has been termed as the best in the world for 14 years in a row.
Evalia, model number NV200, is basically an MUV launched by Nissan. It is estimated to be the best selling van-platform based vehicle in the world, presently. It is said that Nissan Evalia, being so spacious and fuel efficient, will slowly be taken as the new models for cabs and taxis in the international markets.
In the original Nissan the second slider door had impractical windows and no AC vents. This will be changed in the upgraded version. The slider door, will now have appropriate windows and the back seats too will get individual AC vents. The exterior too, will be made a bit more stylish, to give the flavor of style.
Nissan Sunny too will get its cosmetic treatment and will soon hit the market with a few added features. One of the additions made include, provision of Bluetooth connectivity and USB on the music system. The seat cover fabric will too undergo a change. Addition of a reverse parking camera might also take place.
Along with Evalia and Sunny, a new SUV is being planned by Nissan. Terrano, as it is called, will be launched by the month of September this year.
