Renault Duster AWD 1.2TCe has made its way to the Geneva Motor Show for a wider array of audience, after selling enough numbers across the world with diesel powertrain at the most. Powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol motor in the engine bay it sends max power of 125PS and 205Nm of torque mated to a six-speed manual gearbox, and would replace the 2.0-litre petrol option.
Renault will then sell Duster in international markets with the options like, a 1.6-litre petrol, and two options of diesel with 1.5-litre K9K sending 85bhp and 110bhp. This new 1.2TCe trim of the model plate will add an option for the frenzy buyers of Duster across the world.
Hence, no changes reported on the cosmetic side, but that start-stop technology deployed will prove bliss for the buyers to attain better fuel-efficiency along with energy recuperation system. Expectations of international launch goes for the 2016, with an expected price of £13,000 (approximately Rs. 12,40,060).
