Hey, the wait is over! Renault finally launched AWD Duster in India starting from Rs 11.89 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
As given out three driving modes, Renault SUV can be driven in guises like: auto, two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive lock. Technically, aiding the support is multi-link independent suspension as opposed to torsion beam non-independent setup of conventional models. Furthermore, French automaker has deployed electronic torque control system which balances traction at high speeds on all the wheels.
Remaining of them are cosmetic changes that adds more charm to the package. Smoked headlamps, grey alloys, blackened B-pillars and “AWD” badge at rear are placed externally. Inside the cabin, new instrument cluster, three-spoke steering wheel, dual-tone fabrics on seats, plastic with soft-touch grains, and others can be spotted.
Unlike the speculations, two variants are available: RXL priced for Rs 11.89 lakh; and the range topping RXZ priced for Rs 12.99 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
Underneath the bonnet, there lays a Renault K9k 1.5L diesel engine of 108.5bhp married to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
