Renault Duster Pickup Truck Spied Testing

People around the world did a lot to customize their Duster as per their taste. Landing onto an ultimate one, we dug out that a prototype of Duster ‘pickup’ was found test rounds on roads of Romania.

The source of this news claimed prototype was built by a local coachbuilder Romturingia, which is familiar in segments like ambulances and such. The Duster pickup was said to be build referring the heavy demands of audience for a convenient vehicle having a cool amount of open loading area, and shall also be comfortable with the off-roads.

Renault hasn’t lent a support for the customization of this Duster.

Let us make one inform, the Duster chopped into making a pickup is a pre-facelift model. It now dwells a single cabin, bed of 1.7 meter (66.9-inch) which is slated to hold the loads up to 400 kg (882 lbs). And a six-speed manual gearbox along with the traction of all-wheel drive. All the said enhancement seems making this prototype a true-blue work horse for many of the markets.

Engine specification is not been leaked. Yet some of the sources have claimed that Renault’s special sales division in Romania has commissioned this project.
