Renault has announced that it would officially reveal the Renault Triber On June 19 th this year. This would be the official global debut of the new Triber and the car would start arriving in showrooms in July.
‘The Triber, once it arrives in India, would be priced around the Rs.5.5 lakhs mark and will go up to Rs.8 lakhs. The car would sit above the Kwid in India in Renault’s line-up. Design wise, the car is expected to get new LED headlights with daytime running lights, new V-shaped chrome grille and chrome inserts on the bumper.
On the inside, the car would get a big 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and dedicated AC vents for the third row seats. In all likelihood, the Triber would be powered by the Kwid’s 1.0-litre BR10 three-cylinder petrol engine which is expected to give 7HP of more output to about 75HP.
