‘Rolls Royce Wraith’, the one of its kind Rolls-Royce in the world is going to launch on Indian shores by 19th August 2013, says a report on the internet.
Though, it must be that the media house would have got the press-conference invitation from the carmaker, where we expect it to be genuine as well.
Wraith, which is the combination of luxury and sports, debuted at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, and had also made rolled-out in most of the markets. Asian countries like Dubai, Bahrain had received it recently.
Being a two-door coupe, Wraith is able to do the famous ‘Nürburgring’ with its specifications of 6.6-litre twin-turbo V-12 petrol engine of 624bhp. 800Nm torque powers it to achieve the 0-100kmph sprint in just 4.6 seconds.
However, some days back Rolls Royce was seen testing Wraith in India without any camouflage. So we hope the launch may not be pain staking for the British carmaker to do it on 19th August. It was the price tag that will hover a bit to the organization to make the right moves, but when one has the names like Rolls Royce embedded on its model plate, then such worries takes a back seat easily, isn’t it!
