Suzuki always had eyeballs galore to its upcoming cars in the markets like India, China and such, which are at a growing stage.
The most adored Suzuki Ciaz unveiled at 2014 Delhi Auto Expo, also known as Suzuki Alivio (for China), is spotted at a parking lot in China.
Hopefully, the Suzuki sedan looks production ready for the dragon country; and is seemed a host of better fit and finish than its upcoming Indian version.
Suzuki Ciaz in India will replace SX4 when launched, and if believed from the sources, carmaker had already ceased the production of its SX4 sedan in the country.
The images on blog are first ever pictures of the model plate in production ready avatar.
On the outers, it retained wider front grille in chrome, wraparound headlamps with projector units and other bits as well.
The rear styling cues are similar to the concept, flanked by dual exhausts on the bumpers. Hopefully, it will be replaced by reflectors when launched in India.
Inside the cabin, this time Suzuki is expected to be heavily heaped about its comfort and quality, in sense to compete the majors of industry like new Honda City and Hyundai Verna.
Under the hoods, technical specifications aren’t confirmed yet. Suzuki Alivio concept was powered by a 1.5-litre DOHC four-cylinder petrol engine mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox. The Japanese version of the car is 4,545mm long, 1,730mm wide and 1,475mm tall. But on the India-specific is expected to get the 90bhp version of Fiat’s MultiJet engine, like other of the model plates.
The Suzuki Ciaz is speculated to hit the Indian showrooms by October 2014 in place of SX4.
