It seems the online shopping had taken everyone by storm, and even the carmakers aren’t even spared. Tata Motors with the most aspirated hatchback ‘Bolt’ had taken the same route for its initial booking response.
Reportedly, automaker had commenced the bookings of Bolt online where buyers can book their car online by paying only Rs 11,000 at http://bookonline.tatamotors.com/
Talking details, Bolt can be mistaken for Indica in the new avatar, but certainly various gimmicks are planted to differentiate both.
Zest was the last product launched by the Tata Motors, and now it is going to be the Bolt from that new strategic umbrella of the Tata Motors called ‘Horizonext’.
As looking down to the quality provided, Bolt appears on better qualitative aspect.
Under the hoods, options of petrol and diesel both are given. A REVOTRON 1.2-litre engine is delved with 90PS of max power and 140 Nm of peak torque. And the diesel of 1.3-litre is tweaked to 75PS peak power and 190Nm of peak torque.
Hence, there don’t seems Tata Motors is in the mood of giving away the AMT gearbox this time, only 5-speed manual gearbox can be seen here.
