Tata Motors launched Indica emax (CNG) for Rs.3.99 lakhs and Indica GLX (CNG) for Rs 4.26 Lakhs ex-showroom Delhi (in India). Both the vehicles are dwelled with the CNG and Petrol bi-fuel system options in their engine, which is compelling them to return the carbon footprint of 0.251 g/km (for Indigo emax) and 0.338 g/ km (for Indica emax).
The new CNG vehicles of Tata Motors will be available in all the six markets of India: Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Tripura.
Indigo emax is reported to churn the output of 65hp @ 5000RPM, alongside an amazing fuel efficiency figure of 24.6km/kg. It can go upto an additional range of 230 kilometres (in CNG) over 650 km (in petrol) confirmed Tata.
On the flipside, Indica emax returns fuel efficiency as good as 23.7km/ kg withstanding an additional range of 230 kilometres (in CNG) over 600 km (in petrol).
