Tata Motors is all geared up to update its Manza saloon. The new Manza will be receiving some minor cosmetic updates and a new 75bhp diesel motor. The new vehicle will also have slightly changed trim.
The base trim has been named as LS. Earlier it was known as Aqua. In addition to the 90 bhp diesel and petrol engines, the LS will also be featuring a new 75bhp 1.3 litre diesel motor. The new motor is currently being used in Vista and several Maruti and Fiat Vehicles. The update will also include chrome bits in interior and better and new seat fabric.
The next variant has now been named as LX it was earlier called Aura. In addition to the new updates that were witnessed on the base model, this higher version will get electrically operated AC controls. The LX will also be offering the same 1.3 litre 90 bhp petrol and diesel engines. It also offers optional touchscreen navigation system.
The earlier Aura ABS has now been branded as VX. It consists of all the equipment from LX but in addition it also offers ABS.
The top version which was known as the Elan is now called EX. The EX will feature all the update from siblings but will also offer automatic climate control. Further, eight wheel alloy has been made standard on the trim. Buyers also have option of contrasting roof shades for the car.
Tata will also be introducing top level version named as EXL. This version will be featuring automatic climate control, alloy wheels, ABS, touch screen navigation and premium leather seats.
Tata will be revealing updated manza on October 16th.
