IPL fever is catching up everyone, now in the latest after entering in contract with Kings Punjab, Tata Motors’ Passenger Vehicles Division shared details for its association with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team as the official car partner.
A series of joint initiatives to engage with their customers and RCB enthusiasts across India will be launched soon by both the brands.
Mr. Russell Adams, Vice President, Commercial Operations & Cricket Academy Royal Challengers Bangalore said, “We are delighted to partner with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and look forward to embarking on some interesting and engaging outreach programs soon”.
Mr. Virat Kohli, Captain of the Royal Challengers Bangalore said, “It is extremely encouraging to see more and more marquee brands and leading corporates come on board as team partners and the team looks forward to an exciting season ahead.”
Speaking about the partnership, Mr. Ankush Arora, Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors, said “We are happy to associate with a strong team like RCB. Through this association, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Division and RCB have brought their superstars together to offer a unique platform with an objective of engaging with customers and the youth of today around one of the biggest and passionate cricket tournaments, the IPL.”
Though, it remains unknown which car of Tata Motors is going to transport the tram players, the official letter of the brand said, “it would be the current range of Tata Motors’ cars”. In addition, The BOLT logo, of that upcoming Tata hatchback, is featured on the leading arm of the jersey as a partner of the team. Hence, it means the launch is quite nearby and the India based carmaker is quite eager looking forward to it.
Recently unveiled at the Auto Expo 2014, the BOLT is a sporty hatch engineered for global markets, through global teams across India, UK and Korea.
