Diesel automatic, the ongoing buzz of car-town in India had just seen a new launch of the famous Zest. Tata Motor’s entry-level sedan which raised eyebrows for being the cheapest diesel automatic car in India is now rolled out in a new top-end variant for catering the wider array of audience. Priced at Rs 8.07 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), based on the XT diesel trim of Zest, the new diesel AMT called XTA is overpriced more than Rs 70,000 against the said standard diesel model (XT-priced at Rs 7.31 lakh).
For this huge price tag, buyers will now be able to enjoy features like Harman infotainment system, automatic climate control, adjustable driver’s seat, rear parking sensors, rear defogger, daytime-running lights and dual airbags.
For the petrol heads, there aren’t amendments reported in the engine bay.
And this addition of the trim is still unofficial, but was reported on the base of dealers started accepting the booking and even allotting waiting period of 2-3 weeks, which meant the launch is merely few days away.
