The rumour of Hyundai Motor India Limited’s partnership with the Oriental Bank of Commerce now seems to be true when both the companies recently inked a memorandum of understanding. This MoU was signed by Mr. Arvind Saxena, Director, Marketing and Sales division, HMIL and the Deputy General Manager, Marketing of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Mr. S.C. Das representing their organisations. Both of them seems to be really happy with this tie up, as the motive of this tie up is aimed at providing easy-finance option for their respective customers.
The part of agreement states that both of the companies will have to utilise their customer database to grow this business of car loan. This tie up will be further supported by all branches, all across India. Both of the partners will try to utilise as well as leverage each other’s strength in order to sell the ‘Bank Car Loans and Schemes’ along with the sales of the Hyundai vehicles.
