April numbers aren’t really great due to the lockdown imposed by the government to control the COVID cases. The lockdown has affected many car manufacturers as they had to shut their operation in the month of April. Some automotive manufacturers also offered discounts. The market was again dominated by Maruti Suzuki cars followed by Hyundai Cars. We hope that scenario will change in the month of May 2021.
