Despite being a performance carmaker, Porsche’s sole decision of building luxury SUVs is now reaping fruits for the brand, which the compact SUV is a next step for the carmaker in the trending arena.
Not any of the false claims, one of the recent official reports of Porsche had reported about Macan going into production by December, but before that the undisguised spy shots had revealed a lot about the upcoming compact SUV.
Caught with the mere amount of camouflage, Macan is seen flashing same aura to that of the elder sibling Cayenne.
Tail lights and headlights are of the ultimate Porsche standard. And when seen carefully, there are two of the models in the spy shots; one is the Turbo version with two strips of daylights under the headlamps, while the other one is the standard one with single strip of LED on the front.
Based on the Audi Q5 platform, 2014 Porsche Macan will go on sale in early 2014 and will be offered with a variety of gasoline and diesel engines. In fact there are also chances that Porsche may roll out the hybrid version of same.
