India is a place of evens and odds, and here is one such example. The valet driver of Le Meridian Hotel, New Delhi, had crashed the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder while behind the wheel.
Apparently, the valet was new to the job, or perhaps he would have a cold fight with his wife in the morning for resulting with such a stupidity at the workplace. Hence, none of the reports clearly mentioned how the Italian supercar crashed so severely.
Speculation made on the images, the Raging Bull is wrecked badly on the front, and even the concrete wall seems to have badly affected which it collided with.
As per the logical reasoning, hotel is responsible for paying the expenses, where in the most of cases it happen the insurance companies tricks the game by saying the car wasn’t driven by the owners.
And in India, at most of the places, the placards displayed at the valet counter writes off the responsibility from the valet’s shoulder by mentioning ‘The hotel is not responsible for damage and theft of the car.’
Well, it will be interesting to see who is going to face the loss – the insurance company, hotel, or ultimately the owner itself.
