Talking of cars, our Indian cricket team fares no lesser competitive than Bollywood celebrities. In fact, some players own machines that some bigwigs of B-town couldn’t afford.
Pointing out a recent example, it is Virat Kohli who just took the delivery of fastest Audi ever made. And it is the limited edition of which only 99 examples are made around the world.
Called as ‘R8 LMX’, the Audi flagship is burgeoned with ‘laser headlamps’, which no other car in the country on production model offers that. Asked for the whopping price tag of Rs 2.97 crore, it seems just a fractional cost for Mr. Kohli looking to his surging graph of career and the endorsements deals.
Speaking more about R8 LMX, it can scare the hell out of its driver for crossing a top-speed of 320kmph, and 0-100km/h is attained in just a matter of 3.4 seconds. This aforementioned technical extravaganza is offered from 5.2-litre V10 petrol engine mated to a seven-speed S-Tronic gearbox. The drivetrain sends max power of 570bhp 540Nm of peak torque. And the traction is transferred to all wheels via Audi’s Quattro permanent AWD system.
Hence, no need to say more on this. Stay tuned to us for other automotive updates.
