Volkswagen launched the Vento Konekt in India, available only for Highline and Comfortline trims.
Konekt here refers to the connectivity of buyers with entertainment on the go. Under this note, the German carmaker made available the Konekt package with Blaupunkt infotainment system, assisted with GPS navigation system & hands-free, along with Bluetooth-enabled telephony.
The whole instrument is integrated into central console that has a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with colour display of high-resolution, latest additions of Igo-Navtech maps, iPhone/iPod compatibility and USB connectivity.
Alongside to the aforesaid features, rear-seat entertainment system is also planted with an 8-inch Blaupunkt tablet of twin-SIM functionality, 3G-compatibility and Wi-Fi capability, powered by Android and Bluetooth-enabled. With this equipment, drawn customers can relish themselves with 16 live television channels, live stock market inputs, weather updates and internet radio. The screen at rear is empowered to connect its users to Facebook, Twititer, Google Maps and make video calls using a 3G data connection.
Leather seat covering and ‘Konekt’ badge on boot and scuff plates lends final touches to the Vento Konekt package.
