We let you the latest launch from Volkswagen, the Virtus. VW has launched the Volkswagen Virtus at an introductory price of Rs.11.21 Lakhs. The Virtus is being offered in four variants, Comfortline, Highline, Top Line & the GT. The GT variant comes with the 1.5L TSi engine & the 7-Speed DSG Gearbox.
The Virtus starts at 11.21 Lakhs for the base variant and the prices stretch to Rs.19.71 Lakhs for the GT Line variant.
VW has launched the Virtus with the same engine options as the Taigun, which means it gets a 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine that develops 115 HP & 178 Nm of torque, this engine is available with either a 6-Speed manual or a 6-Speed automatic transmission. The other offering would be the 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine that develops 150 HP & 250 Nm of torque.
In terms of bells and whistles, the Volkswagen Virtus comes packed with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, wireless phone charging, connected car tech, ventilated seats, and a wide sunroof.
