Volvo XC90 Ends Production

Volvo is about to get the new-gen XC90 in the coming days, but before the new one arrives the company discontinues the old ones. Here, the same with this biggest Volvo SUV, the carmaker had announced the end of the production for the said, where the last unit numbered 636,143 will be rolled off the Sweden production manufacturing bay (Torslanda plant) for being taken into the Volvo Museum.

After the first unveiling of the current-gen XC90 at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2002, till date, it has completed 12 years of successful branding for Volvo.

Apart from the whole gist, if still one is quite obsessed with the present XC90, then they can move to China. The automaker had said to continue its production there in the Dragon country from the Daqing plant, where it sells it as XC Classic.
