German auto maker, Volkswagen has now added a new Match edition of Polo in its UK portfolio. The new vehicle replaced the match trim that currently exists in the market. The Polo match edition is available in five door and three door version with the nil advance payment through the Mobility Scheme. The price for the Match Edition starts from 12,045 pound for the base 1.2 litre three door manual version that churns out 59 bhp and goes way up to 15,240 for the 1.4 litre five door seven speed automatic version producing 84 bhp. The company claims that the new vehicle offers better performance and higher efficiency than the existing version. The vehicle is also more fuel efficient and delivers about 25.63 km per litre with the low CO2 consumption of 102g/km.
The Polo Match Edition involves several extra features including rear parking assistance, alarm with interior protection and cruise control. The vehicle also comes with the 15 inches Castille alloy wheels, heat insulating tinted rear window and front fog lamps. Comfort and convenience has been given more attention with the manual air conditioning, radio CD player, muli-purpose computer with MDI along with the iPod connectivity. Vehicle also comes with the electric windows, remote central locking and adjustable exterior mirrors.
As per standard the Polo’s all existing safety features remains as intact with the standard specs that includes four air bags, ESP and ABS. a number of VW vehicle has been made available through the ‘Mobility Scheme’ these includes, Up, Golf, Beetle, Golf Plus, Golf Estate and Cabriolet, Passat, Jettam Scrirocco, Tiguan, VW CC, Touran and Sharan range of vehicles.
