Apart from luxury sedans and SUVs, many commercial vehicles were also showcased at this year’s Auto Expo. Two of those which caught our attention were the Windy and Oyster pickup trucks from ICML. Both these pickup trucks are actually commercial variants of the Qualis aping Rhino MUV. The Windy is a single cab pickup truck, while its cousin the Oyster is a dual cab one.
Both these trucks are powered by a 2.0 CRDI engine that ICML supplies to General Motors for the Tavera Neo3. ICML, on its part, have named these engines G-One, after the superhero character played by Sharukh Khan in a recent movie. According to sources, these trucks will be launched in the market by April this year.
